How much is shipping of multiple items?

Each auction contains a first shipping cost and an each additional shipping charge. To figure up the total for shipping just take the single highest shipping charge of one of the items, then add the least expensive additional shipping charge for each additional item. We do apologize but Firstcallpaintball.com cannot discount shipping further then the discount shown on each auction. We do not change the publish shipping rates, just like we do not change the price of the item you purchased in the auction. If you live outside of the lower 48 states you can email or call us over the phone at 888-429-1913 for additional shipping charges.

Can auctions be returned?

Auctions may only be returned if an item is defective upon delivery. All new items come with manufacturer’s warranty intact. Please contact them if you are have a issue with a product. Their customer service is fully trained on all products that they manufacturer. All used items return period is two business days from delivery. Should wish to return a item past the 2 day period, we apologize but we can’t accept it for a return. All returns must be have return authorization # issued by our customer service department. Can Ebay auctions be shipped internationally?

Yes all auctions can be shipped internationally. Firstcallpaintball.com is not responsible to determine if a specific item can be shipped to your location. Please check with local authorities.

Brokerage/Customs/Duty Fees

There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.

• All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
• If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, DHL will return the package to FirstCall Paintball. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping DHL charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 20% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit.
• If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package.
• If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of DHL and they still deliver the package, FirstCall Paintball will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing FirstCall Paintball to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.

Picking up an Ebay auction

We are sorry but at this time we can’t allow local pickups of ebay auctions.

Combining an auction with Online order

The only way to combine an  online order with another order is to not place it over ebay but to call us directly at 888-429-1913. We can combine them but the shipping can’t be altered. If the rest of your order qualifies for free shipping you would still be responsible for the shipping of the ebay auction.

How long can I hold off without paying for an auction?

You can hold off not paying for an auction for 7 days. At the end of the seventh day a unpaid reminder will be sent to you. These are done automatically through Ebay. If you haven’t paid after the 14th day we will turn it to ebay.
