My item is unopened and unused.
Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card
will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be
returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging,
manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories.
Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our
discretion. Should the original order been received with FREE shipping
promo, the customer will be responsible for the original freight amount.
Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit will not
be subject to any restocking fee. The only thing that would not be
given store credit is the shipping cost in the event the order received
Free Shipping. However, merchandise must still be returned complete
with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank
warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns
will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item
returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be
subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.
Paintball guns
Some high end paintball guns may not be returned to FirstCall
Paintball. If the gun has been used, all repairs will be handled
exclusively by the manufacturer If you have a question as to whether
the gun you are purchasing falls under this category, it will be noted
in the gun's description. Part of the cost of these products includes
warranty service from these experienced and qualified companies. If you
send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will
contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the
manufacturer for repair. At your expense.
How do I return my product?
If
you need to return something to us, you must first obtain a Return
Authorization number. Returns received without an RA number can be
delayed several days and may be returned to you.
I apologize that your item(s) was not to
your satisfaction. Please follow the below steps to obtain a return
authorization number for your item and I will make every effort to get this
corrected.
How to receive a return authorization
number:
- Log in to your account on www.firstcallpaintball.com
(be sure to use the same email address from when you placed the order
- Click on “Order History” (this will appear next to the login
area once you have successfully logged in
- Click on the order number from which the item was purchased
- Click on "return items from this order"
- Select the item you need to return
- Select a reason for the return from the drop down menu
- Explain the issue, defect or other with the item chosen for return
- Click on continue
You will be given a return
authorization number and specific instructions on returning the item.
A return authorization number does not
guarantee that your item will be refunded/exchanged in the manner in which you
expect. All returns will be analyzed upon arrival, compared to the reason
for return given in your return request, compared with any notes as to the
issue/defect or other that was also given in your return request, then compared
to our return policy for that return item.

How do I exchange a product?
FirstCall Paintball will automatically issue a credit for all items
returned. If you wish to exchange the product you received for a
different product, we will gladly place a new order for the replacement
product for you. You then have two options for exchanging: we can
either charge the new order and ship out the replacement item
immediately-we would then credit you for the returned item once it
arrives in our warehouse. You can also request that we hold the
replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you
choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned product
and charged for the replacement product on the same day. If we have
shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you
will be responsible for shipping charges. Please call us at
888-429-1913 before returning any items so we can issue you a return
authorization number.
If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will credit you for
return shipping . However, any freight charges to be credited must be
authorized by the customer service rep prior to the RA being issued.
All Shipping charges over $6.99 will be issued in the form of Store
Credit.
I received the wrong product.
To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at
888-429-1913. Customer Service will only be handled if reported within
5 business days of receipt of your package.
The exchange process for incorrect items shipped is as follows: when
you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit your card back the
full purchase price that was paid for the originally ordered item. We
will also set up a new order for the correct item to be shipped
out-since your card is credited back when the incorrect item is
returned, we will have to charge your card for the reordered item. We
can charge your card for the new order and ship out the correct item
immediately; we would then credit you for the returned item once it
arrives in our warehouse. No restocking fees will apply. You can also
request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned
product arrives, this way no charges to your card are done.
If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the
shipping costs on the reorder for the same shipping method that was
originally ordered. For example, if you ordered 3-Day Select shipping
on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Select shipping
on your reorder.
We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the reorder to ensure that
it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the
difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the
original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect
item that was shipped to you, we may not be able to accept your return.
If we do accept the return, a restocking fee to be determined upon our
receipt of the product will apply.
When you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit you for
return shipping as agreed to by the Customer Service rep when your
received your RA number. We will not reimburse return shipping charges
if an expedited shipping method is used. We will only issue return
shipping credit if the item is sent via a standard shipping method such
as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post.
I received someone else's order.
In the event that you receive someone else's order, please contact
us at 888-429-1913 for an Return Authorization (RA) number to return
the items.
